I came to Dr. Bass seeking help for chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis symptoms, PCOS concerns, and a 9 cm cyst. Instead of listening, he spent much of the appointment arguing with me about my diagnosis and insisting I do not have endometriosis. I already had imaging completed, yet he wanted additional imaging without clearly explaining why. These procedures can be invasive and painful, especially for someone already dealing with chronic pelvic pain. The only treatment options offered were birth control and ibuprofen despite my severe daily symptoms. I also have documented CPTSD and did not feel my appointment was handled in a trauma-informed manner. At times, I felt dismissed, laughed at, and gaslit. What concerned me most was hearing him make unprofessional comments about another physician involved in my care. I left feeling unheard, unsupported, and no closer to getting answers or effective treatment.

I Didn’t Like How He Checked My Vagina He Was Rough, And He Sent Me Home And I Was Having Very major Contractions, Then He Put Me On medicine And It Had Me Drowsy And Made My Throat Feel Weird. He Wasn’t Friendly, And He Wasn’t Caring Either.

He was my OB/ GYN in Va. Always polite, and had an impeccable memory. Wish he hadn't moved away. He's one dr. I would drive 4 hours to see if my insurance would be accepted in another state.

He’s horrible!!no bedside manner doesn’t arrive on time & doesn’t take his patients serious

Dr. Bass is my primary GYN, and he has also been my doctor for 2 pregnancies and delivered both of my children. Always kind and listens, very trustworthy and an all around good person. I would reccomend him to anyone I know looking for his services.
