I can't possibly even put one star for him... He lied to me he lied about me and he went berserk at an appt. His staff said to get a new doctor they don't think he was stable either they were kind..

My new born daughter was not well for last few days and we had a video call appointment with this doctor. He came in 10min late and was not listening to our questions. Instead asked whether this is our first child and gave a blunt recommendation to read some book. Very insensitive to child's health and was in a rush to close the call and asked us to bring child to hospital. He was more focused on why i was at home on a weekday rather than symptoms or health condition of my daughter. I wish I had never made this video call as that left me fumed for a long time amidst poor health of my child. Not worth even a single star.

This doctor is not good. Only prescription tylenol ,tylenol,....

I saw Bruguera at Kaiser. He was more interested & spent more time asking me questions about my sex life and sexual history than about my family history or high blood pressure. I was so upset by the graphic nature of his questions that I called a friend after wards to calm down - the frequency, type of sex & multiple number of partners even though I have been in 20+ year relationship & even suggested that my partner must be "getting it somewhere else if he wasn't getting it from me". I have never been more uncomfortable or offended by a doctor in my entire life. When I called Patient Services to request a change in doctors I was encouraged to file a formal complaint against after informing them of his line questions - which i never did & simply just changed doctors. Choose who you want, but I wouldn't take my dying cat to this man.

I felt he was trying to sell some new medication to me. I didn't really like his diagnosis or his approach to understand my health situation.
