Great doctor and always spends whatever time needed with you and explains options. He has a great bed side manner unlike most doctors.

Dr. Bruno always listens to information from me asks questions to clarify my concerns. He explains things well and explains options. I like that he uses pictures to show what is causing pain and what treatments would do.

I appreciate Dr. Bruno's compassion and accurate diagnosis of what was going on when I injured my wrist. He was very courteous about my scheduling and was able to squeeze me in for surgery the day after I had my first appointment with him. The surgery was a success and I would recommend him to anyone!

Someone here said Dr. Bruno's office is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY and I have to agree. They act like your money ISN'T GOOD if you have an outstanding balance and is not worthy of scheduling an appointment. I TRIED PAYING VIA PHONE, and they wont schedule an appointment until the PAYMENT CLEARS. WHAT???? I have never bounced a check with these people and what? I am on FISCAL PROBATION with your office because there was an outstanding balance of $30? Their very rude and act as if you are a DEADBEAT when scolding you for ignoring bills that came in the mail. I am calling another ortho surgeon today.

It's all about the money with this doctor. Very rude staff and very dismissive doctor.

Dr. Bruno (and his staff) are simply the best. His depth of knowledge, personality, high level of interest and ability to navigate me through my pre-surgery, surgery, and recovery are only a few attributes that made my experience excellent. I highly recommend him.

I've been seeing Dr. Bruno for about 6 years now and his office was more convenient for me when it was in Brunswick, now in Middleburgh Heights, OH. Office staff and doctor are freindly. Remembers me personally. Understands my issues, and is practical on treatments.
