Dr. Gensler takes his patients health issues seriously and will go to any extent to find a solution to your problem. He is very personable and friendly in addition to being knowledgeable and professional. Couldn't ask for more.

Dr Gensler cannot look you in the eyes while talking. Stares at his computer and is very dismissive of ANY questions. He is arrogant. There are too many dr’s that are good at what they do; therefore, walk away when a Dr can’t answer simple questions without an attitude.

If you are thinking about using this dr....DON'T !, RUSHING THROUGH APPT., even 1st appt. VERY BAD 1ST IMPRESSIONS... AND RUSHING through a Colonoscopy, WITH HORRIFIC PREP . No results and doesn't talk to family members waiting. Sent home with NO INSTRUCTIONS !

I have seen Dr. Gensler over the past 15 years. He is excellent regarding my issue, treatment, follow up both office visits and in hospital stay. I highly recommend him. His office staff is patient, polite, and follows through on all aspect.

I have been seeing Dr Gensler for several years and he has always been a great doc. He has done scopes when I was having trouble swallowing and has tried different pump inhibitors until he finds the right one.
