The office manager was so Rude I decided not to schedule an appointment. They are not helpful and could careless about you and your health.

"Dr. G" is great and that is the only reason I still go there. Putting up with Antrice is trying. She is probably the rudest person I have ever met. I can't believe he puts up with her attitude and the way she treats his patients. If I didn't like him so much, I would have been gone a long time ago.

Dr. Golusinski is a very professional and knowledgeable Doctor and has always been great at taking care of my overall health but unfortunately I had to stop seeing him because I actually got tired of putting up with his obnoxious and rude secretary. I seriously do not understand why he keeps her.

If you go in knowing that if Antrice is having a bad day to stay out of her way, then you will have a good visit. She is rough around the edges, but hey, she makes sure you NEVER have to wait to see Dr. G and you will see him when your appt was scheduled.. She runs a tight ship and makes sure every patient has enough quality time with Dr. G. What I will say is please have your cleaning crew dust a little better around computers, etc, and what's up with all the stacks of paper EVERYWHERE around the office? :-) And oh... been going to Dr. G for 5 years and my health has really improved under his care as he takes the time to listen.

Similar to many others, I have been very disappointed by the office manager and the office facilities. The office consists of 3 people (including the doctor). While Dr. G is a nice man and a pretty good doctor, the office feels run down, disorganized and dirty. The office manager is rude and does not listen. You also do not have much privacy in this office, anything you call to talk about will be shouted about so anyone in the waiting room can hear, the walls between exam rooms are paper thin, and I have also witnessed them leave the computer system in the exam rooms unlocked. He also does not call in prescriptions, will not send your prescription to your pharmacy, and is almost impossible to reach if your pharmacist or insurance company has an issue.

Getting an appointment was the only decent part of my experience with Dr. Golusinski and Antice, his office assistant. It was really easy to schedule an appointment and I didn't have to wait too long to be seen but while waiting I heard Dr. Golusinski get on the phone with a local pharmacy and curse at the pharmacist! I was shocked to hear a doctor behave so unprofessionally...especially in front of a patient! I asked Antice, his office assistant, if the man on the phone was the doctor (it was my first time there and I was hoping the man on the phone using profanities at another professional was not the doctor I was about to see) and unfortunately it was. No apology was made to me for displaying this type of behavior and Antice "justified" his behavior by saying that the pharmacist was "being ridiculous." After the appointment I needed a referral to a gynecologist and Antice and Dr. Golusinski submitted the request while in office. I needed a referral for an annual well-woman… exam and basic care and they managed to schedule me at a gynecologicst's office that only does maternity and prenatal care. Way to go Intown Sports Medicine! Dr. Golusinski refused to fill out the form that the gynecologist needed in order to see me. He said he won't take part in other providers trying to "upcharge" for services and that he won't waste his time filling out forms for other providers. He and Antice were so rude to me through this whole process and NEVER once apologized for cursing in front of me, refusing to fill out the required paperwork for the referral Dr. Golusinski made, or sending me to the incorrect type of doctor's office for a referral. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone! I can't believe offices like this are able to stay afloat...must be because people don't read reviews online!

If you do not have a high tolerance for unprovoked rudeness you should avoid Dr Goulzinskis office. He is very good at his job but his receptionist, Antrice, seems to enjoy going out of her way to make rude comments.

Very personable and an excellent doctor. Has been our family doctor for nearly 10 years.

Dr. Golusinski is a very good doctor and gives great attention, but his staff is possibly the worst that I have seen. You are treated extremely poorly as soon as you walk in the door. Their receptionist, Antrice, is possibly one of the rudest people I have ever met. Unfortunately, I won't be going back to Dr. G's office due to his office staff. He is otherwise a very good doctor.

The staff is very accomodating and will work with patients to make sure they can be seen as quickly as possible. I have visited Dr. G three times, two were last minute appointments, but I have never felt rushed. Dr. G works to determine the cause of the pain or problem through careful questioning, rather than simply writing a prescription.
