Dr. Leah Bridges

Leah Bridges is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with almost 2 years of experience in the mental health field. She enjoys working with teens, adolescents, and adults on their journey to healing and fulfillment. Leah also works with others to provide resources that allow individuals to enrich themselves. Leah specializes in anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, grief, and major life transitions, as well as offering Christian counseling. Her clients set the pace of their journey and she supports them every step of the way. Leah obtained a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Leah utilizes multiple treatment approaches, including dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy to name a few. Leah's experience as a probation officer has helped her to have empathy and compassion when working with individuals from different walks of life.
