She doesn't educate or advises her patients and rushes into surgery based on what she hear from her colleagues. Unfortunately I had surgery with her even though I was advised by other doctors outside of Kaiser not do the surgery. Dr. Schulte barely talks to her patients. Patients are not doctors they don't know what they should do after an injury but she does not advise anything. I asked her over the phone to meet with her before my surgery so I can explain my situation to her; she did't have time for it but has the time to go directly into the surgery!! If I Was I diagnose properly then I didn't have to go through an Open surgery cutting deep into my muscles and ligaments, very much regretting it!! God help others from some inexperienced doctors at KAISER in Virginia !!

Didn't care for her. Seemed arrogant and made me wait over an hour then spent five minutes with me. Also overheard her being extremely rude to her office staff.

Dr. Schulte is an excellent surgeon with great bedside manner. She is very personable & takes great pride in her work.
