I was having frequent ear infections. I went to him because I had vertigo when I roll over, set up and lie down. I thought I had an inner ear problem. They performed a hearing test and I had a very minor hearing loss in my right ear. He checked my ears and scoped my sinuses. He told me I have a deviated septum, which I knew. He recommended me having a VNG test to determine the cause of my head motion vertigo. The water for the test was scalding hot! I let out a scream that the water was too hot and the tech said it was only body temperature. Bullcrap! On the fourth cup of water in my left ear, she missed the cup and poured the water down my back and I was soaked from neck to waist. I had another doctor's appointment after this one so I had to go home to change my shirt. As I was pulling into the driveway, I had a vaso vagal response and a migraine for a few days afterward. When I went back the next three times for follow ups, he scoped my sinuses again and told me I had a deviated… septum. I know already! I've had it since 1988. He doesn't listen. I told him about the vaso vagal response and migraine I had the next few days after the VNG and he called me a liar. I kept telling him I couldn't hear in my right ear and he kept saying it was temporary. Two years later, and I am totally deaf in my right ear. I lost my hearing due to his negligence. I have severe scarring in both my ear canals from the scalding water that they claimed was body temperature.

After Dr. Miller saw me he could not diagnose the problem so he gave me two choices neither of which was plausible. He told me to come back in a month with my decision. Needless to say I will not be going back there. Also when the bill came it was for $750! The bill looks like it was padded just to charge for things that he did not do. I will be calling Medicare to see if this is insurance fraud? Don't waste your time going to this practice!

I lost my hearing in one ear and he injected me and got it back.

Dr. Miller corrected my deviated septum 18 yrs ago. Prior to the surgery I was constantly having sinus infections. After the surgery the sinus infections subsided and I also could breathe better. He performed rhinoplasty as well, in which I was very satisfied with the results. Never had issues afterwards. As far as office visits, yes, I usually have to wait about a half hour in the room, but he is attentive when he arrives and addresses my issue or issues. He does not rush me out and is very thorough. Dr. Miller also has been treating my 90 year old father for ear health for many years on a monthly basis. Dr. Miller respectively listens to my father and always answers his questions. He takes good care of my father. Kudos to Dr. Lee Miller!!

I waited a while to be seen in the exam room. I had been to another ENT without any relief of my complaints. He rechecked my test results and ordered new ones. I was finally diagnosed and treated properly. I am significantly better but still have to go back for occasional checkups when I need to. I was pleased with my care and results.

I waited over 2 hours to be seen, then he spent less than 15 minute with me, and was subsequently unable to diagnose the problem. So after all of that, I left untreated. He was 'polite', but in a very uninterested, clinical (and rushed) way, while also dismissive of the information which I had to share. (I subsequently was correctly diagnosed by another ENT). I cannot speak for the experiences of others, but mine was subpar to poor. It was a waste of time, money, but worse-- created a delay in treatment, since it required me to seek out an additional doctor. If you have a an obvious condition, he's likely not a problem. Perhaps my experience was a fluke. [Was there on a bad day?] But, if you need a true diagnostician -- someone who can put pieces of a puzzle together while actually LISTENING to the patient (who is living with the symptoms), you may prefer to look elsewhere first.

Doctor Miller was extremely slow in coming to the examining room. I waited for more than an hour after the staff escorted me in. I could hear him in the next room chit-chatting with the previous patient. When I told him I was in a rush because he was so late it didn't stop him from trying to chit-chat with me. I really didn't feel like he listened or cared what my experience was. I was also astounded by his bill. He gave me a simple ear exam which took about fifteen mintues -- for this he charged $250 dollars. During the exam he removed a little ear-wax -- this is evidently billed as a separate surgery for which he charged $100. It is ridiculously poor service and, I feel, boderline insurance fraud.

I recently had a septoplasty and my sinuses cleaned out. I have very happy with the results. The office staff is professional, caring and courteous. I used the office in Langhorne, PA.
