I have been a patient of Dr Chu for many years. She and her staff are as good as it gets. Dr Chu recently discovered I had some Medical Issues. She was relentless in her pursuit to figure it all out. Left no stones unturned and discovered several unrelated issues which could have been life threatening if not immediately addressed. Dr Chu is straight forward and no nonsense. Yes, that's right, as a male who doesn't like medication and Dr visits she made me do the right thing. She is compassionate, cares and made me feel comfortable going through all of the testing and surgeries. Thank you Dr Chu and Staff. I am eternally grateful to you all.

Just love this doctor. She is honest and has a great sense of humor. Very intelligent and I feel comfortable that she is watching out for me so i dont have to now ask her a million questions. I am a picky patient and 97% of the doctors i have used in Houston are crap. But she is a rare one. Highly recommend.

Dr. Chu has been my urologist for the last seven years. She performed my robotic pyeloplasty, and prior to that, placed my ureteral stents as needed. De Chi is an excellent physician; I have full confidence in her medical assessments. Her staff is professional and friendly, and I’ve never experienced unreasonably long waits for my appointment at her office.

I recently had prostrate cancer and I was lucky to have as my doctor Lei Chu. She was 100% correct in everything she told me. She did the surgery and visited me morning,noon,and night the three days I was in the hospital! Everything was perfect. She truly cares about her patients!! I highly recommend Dr.Lei Chu!!!!!!!

The worse doctor ever. Do not go there. I called several times to inquire the medicine she prescribed which caused pain in my bowel. She never called back. Only time when their office actually called me back was ask me about my coverage.

THE DOCTOR SEEMED VERY DUMB NOT CARING OF MY MOTHERS CONDITION AND UNSYMPATHETIC, I FELT SORRY FOR SOME OF HER STAFF DUE TO HER NURSE IN THE BACK NAMED GENESIS WAS ALSO A VERY AWFUL LITTLE GIRL. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR REFER ANY PATIENTS TO HER EVER AGAIN.
