Dr. Leo Kahn, MD

Leo Kahn and Leo Kahn MD, PC received a $37k PPP loan on April 2020 to supposedly cover 'payroll' for his medical practice due to lost revenue during Covid. He claimed 3 employees and used his home address as the location of his non-existent 'medical practice'. He does not own a medical practice or practice medicine. Leo Kahn operates as a self employed independent contractor performing examinations of work comp claims for insurance carriers. He has no employees. He does not own/ lease/ operate a facility. Technically- the service he provides to insurance companies does not involve disclosing his findings to those he evaluates, he does not have a "doc/patient" privilege or relationship and he is not bound by confidentiality laws associated with the traditional practice of medicine. So factually- Kahn was dishonest in claiming PPP funds claiming to be a medical provider because he does not provide medical services. Kahn never repaid a penny of the $37k or the interest that sum… accumulated. Eventually the loan was forgiven. Leo Kahn was untruthful, deceptive and outright stole $37k in Covid funds from the US government and someone needs to know.

I fell during exam and he let me lay there. He did not see if I was ok and ended visit abruptly. Asked me if I thought this was psychological and I told him no . His nurse smirked the entire time and she also did not help me up when I fell. I had told him my feet were numb prior to him asking me to stand on one foot .. Scary place to go if your really injured and need a true diagnosis

i was sent to Dr kahn and dr ladin for an IME elevation. i got the report from them a day before my hearing. it included deception and false allegations. he speaks out two sides of his mouth. he states i have a issue with a lesion on my spinal cord, denies any neurological issues with pain or with a severe TBI. As for dr ladin all he does is side with the insurance companies and is actually on 5 years probation for misconduct and is banned to practice in PA. but the bottom line is these two shouldnt be working in the medical business

I was sent to Dr. Kahn for an IME evaluation and he completely ignored the facts and records that support my injuries and diagnosis of several other Dr.'s and declared me fit to return to work with no further need for care. This DR. spent almost no time with me and came to a conclusion that best fit the insurance company's agenda. See him with extreme caution. I thought these doctors took an oath that held them being responsible and accountable as physicians, however, that doesn't appear to be the case with doctors that rent themselves and their paid-for expert opinions out to the highest bidder (Insurance Carriers).

i have had neck and back trouble for over 50 years and have been to many doctors DR.KAHN cares and tries everything he can to help me i not only consider him a great doctor but a friend, if i need him he will go out of his way even to call my home himself

I couldn't be more displeased. Horrible with diagnosing the problem and proposing a treatment regiume. Not helpful in this situation at all.
