2 inch open incision with full cast. So much after surgery I passed out in recovery. Dr.Bensen said he had to make a big incision “so I could see what I was doing”. Still have pain after 1 year. I found a doctor who has great eyesight and did endoscopy on my other hand. Healed after 2 weeks!

Went to have a ganglion cyst aspirated He was careless and rushed By the time I was finished the cyst looked worse than before Furthermore he broke a blood vessel which caused it to turn black and blue It is now one month later and it still looks terrible and now it is painful which it wasn’t before I contacted his office and asked if I could send a photo to them and they do not accept emails They said you can go to an emergency room or make another appointment He can’t see you for another week I would never recommend him!

Dr. Benson is a talented surgeon. After a number of cortisone shots I decided to have the carpal tunnel release surgery. He didn't pressure me into getting surgery. I felt like he was very direct and once he understood your symptoms he quickly came to a conclusion and offered a treatment option. He didn't take a lot of time to explain things - not sure if he's just not a people person or just feels like he is certain what the best course of action is that he doesn't want to waste time talking about it. I like that he gave me the option to have my carpal tunnel release at a surgery center. Saved money and time from a hospital option. I got there at 7:30am and was home by 10am. Was really surprised and had a good experience. As much as I'd like a warmer bedside manner, when it comes to surgery I'd rather have someone who is an expert at the surgical procedure. I healed well and his PA has an outstanding bedside manner and answered tons of questions! I'll have Dr. Benson… do my left hand in a month or two.

Dr. Bensen is a fantastic doctor and surgen. His technical skills are outstanding.
