Dr. Leon Casals JR., MD

Me and my family have been seeing Dr. Casals for a few years now, I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. He listens and his staff are very professional.

He just plays with computer instead of paying attention to the patient. Never examines the patient for general things but wants follow up for something did not found

I think that Dr. Casals is the best. He always takes the time to listen to my complaints. Then work to find a solution. The staff is considerate of my work schedule and always give me appointments that works for me.

I just moved here and had no problem getting an appointment, He took time to listening to what was going with me. Have been very pleased with the time he spent with me. Thank you

Seems unsure of himself at times. Most often does not make eye contact, looks at the computer screen a lot. I don't feel he really listens very well, and seems aloof and in a hurry most often. He does not follow up at all and I have been a patient for a couple years now. I am new to this area and am actively seeking another physician but difficult when you don't know anyone. I will definately be switching as soon as I find a better alternative!

My last visit was a disaster- he treated me for something I didn't come for. He doesn't take time to listen to you. He is quick to give you free medicine that you probably don't need and rush you out of his office. His bedside manners are terrible. I don't plan to go back. He is not compassionate at all and why leaving I noticed he worship Buddha sorry, I believe Jesus is Lord.

To put it quite simply I do not trust that this man is looking out for my health.

Dr. Casals is very professional and I feel comfortable talking with him. The trouble starts AFTER the visit. I made the mistake of telling him of a previous diagnosis of a condition during my initial evaluation. My insurance company will not pay submitted claims because of he repeatedly enters the wrong diagnosis code (he's not treating me for that condition). It takes weeks/months and my time to get the correct information submitted.
