The rudest Dr. and staff ever

Beware of these folks. I went in for my yearly exam, which is supposed to be covered 100% by my insurance. I was seen by Mike Sassaman (PA) and was given a very basic exam. When he asked how I was doing, I decided to confide in him about an issue I was currently experiencing. Because I opened my mouth and spoke about it, I was billed almost $100! I tried to resolve this issue with them but they wouldn't budge. This experience has made me very reluctant to be honest with my doctor about health issues, which is a shame. Do not trust these people. Never again will I visit this office. They don't even deserve one star. My whole experience was terrible.

Staff not willing to work with allergies to Medications. We were basically told "Too Bad you have to live with it"

My grandmother was in the hospital due to a fall a CT scan was done and a blockage was found in her carotid artery and they told us to follow up with her primary which was doctor Driss. Doctor Driss would not even look at the records from the hospital and said she was fine if she was concerned about it to take baby aspirin went and got a second opinion and it turns out she has a significant blockage and needed surgery if we didn't get the second opinion she could have had a stroke or worse.

He is rude and inconsiderate towards his patients. His staff is even worse. when he asks you a question and you attempt to answer he will interrupt you. When he's finished talking with you he tells you he will be right back, then sends his medical assistant in to tell you the appointment is over. Both he and his assistants will lie to you to get you out of his office and then refuse to help you once you've left, his trick is writing prescriptions he knows will not be filled. My recommendation is run don't walk from this practice and this staff. He charges you a fee for not making an appointment and will turn around and have you wait an hour or more in his waiting room or his exam room. I have read the comments and I'm pretty sure they were wrote by his staff members and not patients most of his patients would never rate him that high.

Dr Driss is my "primary" physicial. Lucky thus far, Dr Driss has referred me to a urologist and otherwise has tended to my needs during regular vists.

In this day and age, it's disheartening to find a seemingly good doctor who is supported by a selfish, incompetent and lazy staff. I'm a Type 1 diabetic since 1963 and have seen Dr. Driss for the past 3 years. My insurance company - Medicare supplement - requires an annual pre-authorization for my prescriptions and, this year, Driss' staff has refused to comply, claiming they "don't have time!" 54 years, Type 1 diabetes, how much "TIME" do I have without my prescriptions?

Dr. wrote a prescription for cough syrup due to sinusitis, product is not available due to back orders to all pharm's in the area. Would not change the script, told me to find a pharm that carries it. I have MS, thought he should enlighten me with his greater knowledge of my condition than my Neurologist at Barrow's Neurology which is #3 in world. This guy is a joke, i'll never step foot anywhere near his office again. It's no wonder you can walk in and see the quack.

Dr. Driss is a kind and caring physician that is honest.
