The worst fake Dr ever! Told me I had arthritis and gave me the run around for a year and a half. Found out I have a tear in my shoulder. He knows nothing about medicine, just runs up charges to my medical insurance company. Definitely fake!

He ask me to get naked and remove my bra and Panties. I refused. Now he is saying I am 100% better. Just because I would let him have his way with me. I am punished to suffer and die while I am work. A sexual predator is in charge of OWCP! I have nightmares and I am traumatized. No woman should be at the mercy of a sexual deviant! I hope children and young girls aren’t going here! The whole world knows he’s a monster and the government approves of this demoralization of women being treated like trash and the payment is to still go to work broken from accident and broken from the sexual trauma at the hands Dr Leon Sultan. I’ve never been so scared in my life at the injustice of our government sending us to be sexually tortured or lied on! Who can I talk to since OWCP doesn’t care ??.

Dr. Sultan was professional, knowledgeable, thorough in his examination of my injury, on time, his questions were to the point, and he listened carefully when I spoke. In my opinion, this examination with Dr. Sultan went accordingly to the notes on the appointment letter stating how to prepare for this meeting.

I was sent there for a second opinion on June 26,2023. I was told to get undressed by front desk personnel, and to just leave on my bra and panties. I was told to leave gown open in back. I thought she would accompany him, but Dr. Sultan came in alone. I figured he was a professional so I didn’t bother to complain at the time. I was forced to bend over in front of him as he placed his hand on my back. He was behind me which made this uncomfortable since it felt sexual in nature, I was in pain, it was forced and I did not know what to do. While he still was behind me, he told me “my curls(crochet hair) was nice even though it was not real.” Who says this?! This visit was a nightmare!!!! I sent a complaint to DOL!! I will be making a formal complaint to the board! I can’t believe I went through this and that DOL allows poor injured workers to continue going here with him after all these complaints!! Don’t go there alone.

I was sent by OWCP for a second opinion to justify the compensation that’s owed to me and now I know why. He’s quick to cut you off from speaking, He lies on medical reports and minimizes your injury, he will say you medically clear to return to work and no longer need treatments even when you’re wearing medical braces and boots (for leg injuries). He doesn’t properly do examinations, which is rubbing you and then poking you with something sharp, then forces you into movements without asking if you’re in pain or not. Quick examination, but why does he have to them right when he knows exactly what he’s going write when you leave. If you’re sent to this man, REQUEST ANOTHER ONE! You’re being set up.

He works for Owcp and receives $1350 for 10 minutes exam. , and no matter how injured you are he tells Owcp you can go back to work ? wow money talk

Rude arrogant belligerent made me strip I refuse to take off my pants no woman in the Room with me so what the door was open that doesn't count. He forced me into painful positions and in the end questioned whether I was being truthful about my occupation! I am a female Union construction worker for 19 plus years and a license New York City Crane operator!! I think the only business this man has is doing I am ease for insurance carriers his office is dirty dated, I will however say his receptionist was quite pleasant.
