Dr. Leonard Hal Raucher, MD

Rushed me off the phone, phone call (56 seconds). Didn't listen to my symptoms, just told me to the ER. And hung up without wishing me well or even saying have a good day. Just pick a different doctor.

I have been trying to get a prescription refilled for over a week. I’ve left messages and did not receive a call back. I had to physically go to the office to speak to someone. After speaking with someone, I was told my prescription would be refilled after making an appointment. I made the appointment while there hoping my prescription would get refilled in a few hours. I called the office to get an update on the prescription and was told it was cancelled with an explanation the office staff did not understand. When asked why I was not notified the appointment was required or that my prescription was cancelled, the staff said they are working with a limited staff, which is not my concern. I would highly recommend you AVOID this doctor and his office staff at all costs and find a doctor who cares about his patients’ health and is much better with communication and follow up.

He is okay! He is quick and to the point !dr.Rauncher is definitely not what I would call a friendly doctor . He tries to smile and act the part . But that is ok! My final straw was the woman at the front Desk who often gives me a hard time. She is so nasty and I cannot understand how she is still there ! I did speak with one woman the manager and she does the best she can but her efforts so late in my experience couldn’t mend this . Hopefully at some point the woman at the front desk who name starts with a letter ” M “ receives some training to deal with the stress . I get working at a doctors office is challenging . Do better

I called the other day and set an appointment for 315 today. When I called to cancel because I had to go to the emergency room they did not even have me scheduled. When I commented on their lack of organization the lady who answered the phone became very defesnsive and said it was not her. First of all when you answer the phone you represent the office and not just yourself. The lack of professionalism when I first went there was noticed but today it was proven. This office needs to have a more professional staff representing them on the front line. Definitely not going to this doctor’s office again. They suck!!!

Dr. Raucher is not a doctor who listens very well to patient symptoms. He rushes you through appointments and is very rude.

I had one visit with Dr. Raucher, he was nice but the staff was a little unprofessional, I love it that I didn't have to wait to be seen, but I did have a little wait checking out because it one person at the front desk and she was pretty busy.

Long time patient and 2nd time his staff have not only been rude, but combative both on the phone and in person. After this last phone call to discuss whether I should come into the office or if it was something else entirely, that staff stated they would not leave a message for the doctor to return my call. Hope he is aware of how confrontational and rude they are.

I've seen him 3 times. I'm a new patient. I started with him in July. He is timely and courtesy. I'm planning to stay with him for quite sometime.

HE is open minded goes over everything cares and has a great support team

The doctor treats you like you are as routine as an oil change. No bedside manner like he's just not into it. Not what I want in my physician.
