Starting with phone system(you can't reach a human just various voice mail)you are treated in a non personal way, even to the point of giving you a number.Failed to call with test results twice. Physician and PA move you along efficent but hurried.Impression is that doctor is very capable in procedures but patient contact is poor. They need to have a human answer the phone and would benefit the patient by having a medical social worker or nurse to take the time to communicate better with the patient.Feel like you are a part in a factory, getting moved along.
