Dr. Leslie Raines Mcgowan, MD

Dr. McGowen has horrible bedside manner. He rushed though my appointment and insulted me and my intelligence as if I do not know my body. He was rude and wouldn’t listen. He claimed I was fine yet my test results showed otherwise. He accused me of trying to beg or antibiotics when I’ve been sick for 21 days. I will NEVER go to this doctor or his ride office again! His assistant was rude as well. Overall horrible visits!! Shame on you Dr. McGowan!

I will never go to Dr. McGowan again. He was so rude to me and wouldn't even let me finish explaining my symptoms. He was arrogant and just ready to rush me out of his office. By far, the worst doctor I have ever seen and I was shaking with anger when I left his office.

Dr. McGowan was the most arrogant and disrespectful doctor that I have ever been to. His staff were rude and purposefully put me on hold for 10 minutes so it would be after business hours so they didn't have to get results. He was rude and condescending and treated me incredibly poorly. As a result of his behavior I had several health issues go unchecked that had to later be helped with by a different doctor, and his response to any pain was to go home and take some aspiring. I would NEVER recommend this doctor or this office.

I have been a patient for a very long time and I honestly think he has given up on me. He definitely does not have the patients and does not spend the time with me that he use too. It sorta makes me sad. But he is a excellent doctor.

I am now 71. Started with this doctor at age 69. This doctor is all that I could ask for. He took care with swift action my terrible painful kidney stones with much needed surgery on the same day they stated. 100% success. He is also my doctor keeping a keen eye on my prostrate issues. His test and procedures on this issue let me sleep good at night. He takes as much time with me as needed and always has a very positive attitude. I leave his office with confidence and feeling good. This fellow is good period.

This Dr. came in to see my dad who is almost 90 at the hospital. I know of no tests he ran to see what my dad's problem was, but he told me he thanks dad's bladder was worn out, then he tells my sister at another time he thinks dad's prostate is bad, witch is it the bladder or the prostate or is it both? I believe this Dr. didn't want to help my dad due to his age. I didn't think very much of this Dr. at all. I would not recommend him to anyone.
