Dr. Lexanne G. Mauney, MD, FACOG

Dr. Mauney has been great to listen to my questions and concerns and inform me of treatment options or possible causes. I feel very supported by her and her team.

Dr Mauney is always attentive and addresses any concerns I have. She is able to let me know when things are normal or not normal and lets me know the next steps.

Dr. Mauney was so kind and compassionate. She answered all of my questions and provided great advice and reassurance.

Dr. Mauney listened and responded to my concerns, but it felt like she was ready to push back on most of my requests without understanding why I had brought them up in the first place. She did a good job explaining her perspectives, but it didn't feel like she was on my side through the process. She also shut down any questions I had that related more to the pediatrician or anesthesiologist in a way that didn't feel helpful. I know she can't answer those questions, but surely there's someone I could talk to about them before day of delivery which is what she told us we would have to do.

Very welcoming and open to helping me with any questions I had. I felt very comfortable in the room and enjoyed our first interaction.

Couldn’t have had a worse experience with this doctor. If I could give zero stars I would. My regular doctor left her practice and I had to find a new physician. I found Dr. Mauney to be uncaring, condescending and completely dismissive of my feelings before and after surgery. Horrible bedside manner and does not communicate with you. I repeatedly called after surgery to address an issue and was told that it was normal and to not worry about it. During my follow up visit I stated again that there was an issue only to be told that it was not normal and they needed to look into it. I later received a call from the doctor to let me know that they performed a procedure, that was not told about before or after surgery, and that I had an issue that needed to be addressed by another doctor. She kept comparing my surgery progress to her other patients to the point where she kept giving me the percentage that I should have been healed.

Dr. Mauney was my doctor through my entire pregnancy. She made me feel very comfortable and confident throughout my entire pregnancy. She had great table side manners and made me feel normal when I was overwhelmed after birth. I could not have asked for a better doctor. Gabby is also awesome! The whole staff was always friendly!

Dr. Mauney and her nurse Courtney are not that good when it comes to your health. I had her for my pregnancy when I would've liked Dr. Miller better. She doesn't take the time to listen to your concerns and blows them off. Condescending when you ask her questions. Courtney is rude, and has had an attitude every time I called her with a concern or a test result. I've had to leave multiple messages for courtney only to be ignored and I'd have to call her again and get upset with the front desk people because they weren't taking my concerns. I had to get thyroid medication and they didn't inform me they sent it to my pharmacy, nor did they inform me of my diagnosis until I called three times. I had to leave the hospital because they apparently couldn't switch me to the doctor i wanted in the first place. I wouldn't recommend her for an OB. I only had one ultrasound with her and I had to go to two other different people to get an ultrasound when they have one IN OFFICE. So no only did I… have to pay for them, I had to pay for more ultrasounds somewhere else. Not satisfied.
