My father who is also a heart surgeon and one of Dr. Poa's professors recently passed away. He was in heart failure and needed his mitral valve repaired about 15 years ago and he only wanted Dr. Poa for the surgery. We are so grateful to you for operating on him and giving us 15 more wonderful years with him.

He's operated on many other heart surgeons and it shows. We were out of the hospital in 4 days after aortic valve and quintuple bypass!

We were told our mom's surgery was very high risk and if she wanted to go through it to go to Dr. Poa

He is self proclaims himself “Not a gentle person”, if that is the type of doctor you want tp perform surgery on you for cancer, go for it. As for us, we declined! If you want a death and doom doctor, have at it! This is not what we signed up sinnce we had not yet received our PET Scan results. Run as fast as you can from Dr. Poa

I was fortunate enough to have had my cardiac problem while in California and be operated by Dr. Poa, he is a talented and caring doctor, personable and saved my life, I will be forever thankful to him.

Dr. Poa is a wonderful doctor. The Little Co. of Mary Hospital was exceptional! I can not say enough about the staff at the hospital and Dr. Poa's office! Wonderful people!
