Dr. Liana Felicia Hategan, MD

Liana is an exceptional doctor, simply the best I’ve ever seen. She is very intelligent and highly experienced running her own practice for decades. She is very honest, upfront and direct as works with you to get down to the bottom the issue. She cares about you very much and figures out your treatment options together with you with full inclusivity. Her professionalism is unparalleled and yet she is 100% genuine. She’s always there for you no matter what. I’ve been with Dr. Hategan for more than 10 years and can’t even imagine going to another doctor ever again. Office staff is also top notch; very friendly and helpful.

After completing TMS treatment at this office with another provider (whom was professional and polite) I decided to see Dr. Hategan for my medication management. During my appointment she made unprofessional and rude comments regarding my child and then spent the majority of the appointment talking about herself and telling me details of another patient whom she has treated for several years. After having severe side effects and withdrawal symptoms from medication changes she made I left multiple messages at the office and have not heard back from her. I do not trust that this woman has her patients best interest at heart.

I was lied to about submitting my insurance for pre-approval......her office never did submit it and I was stuck with the bill.

Horrible doc. Where did she get her credentials? The back of a cereal box? Seriously, this crazy and insecure lady has no business practicing anything with health as she is addicted to cigarettes and God only knows what else. No eye contact-no empathy. Very insecure about the poor country she grew up in. She's rude and unprofessional. if she gives you flack, report her directly to the medial board because she seems to think she is above the law.

She smokes while working and is extremely unprofessional by American terms. A foreigner who feels inadequate because of her alma mater and vulgar culture. Rude, condescending and NO empathy!

Dr. Hategan is the best doctor in the whole sea! She is the only doctor I have ever liked in my whole career of being a sick person. I have been to many-a doctor and they were nothing in comparison to Dr. Hategan! She is the smartest person in the land and she always has all the answers! HI!

I am being seen by Dr Hategan for treatment and have been extremely satisfied with the process and results. She is very professional and accessible, and always takes the time to listen and understand.

I really enjoyed seeing this doctor, it was like a breath of fresh air for me. She has good sense of humor and she understands even the things unsaid. Quite impressed after the first visit.
