Dr. Lilia Nikolayev, MD

Dr. Nikolayev is a solid psychiatrist and neurologist. She takes time to explain to both me and my family members who occasionally attend with me. And she is usually right on time!

Dr. Nikolayev is an accomplished and solid psychiatrist. She is a good listener and endeavors to help.

I've seen Dr. Nikolayev for several years and have found her to be professional, sensitive, well-educated and very honest. She answers questions fairly and has always allowed my input as to how we proceed. She is a good listener and sympathetic. I trust her completely with my treatment.

My mother suffers from mild dementia. With every appointment she tried to schedule, she was given the wrong time. The office staff even told her the wrong time in the courtesy calls they gave her. They would come up with contradictory explanations for why my mother was "wrong." They would do everything they could to complicate things. They would allow her to make appointments, but they wouldn't allow her to cancel them, so she inevitably had to pay a "missed appointment" fee. It caused her great distress. She never had this trouble elsewhere. Other doctors agreed that the behavior was inexplicable and indecent.

She and her staff refused to work with the pharmacy Express Scripts. Her staff was rude when the pharmacy made several attempts to contact them to process the perscription.
