Dr. Lillian Hayes, PhD

Lillian Hayes, PhD, ABPP, is a clinical psychologist in the Department of Urology at Boston Children’s Hospital and an assistant professor of psychology at Harvard Medical School. She specializes in pediatric psychology and behavioral health, with expertise in supporting children and adolescents with bowel and bladder dysfunction, chronic urologic conditions, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and related behavioral health concerns. Dr. Hayes earned her undergraduate degree from Union College and her doctoral degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, where she also completed her internship training, followed by fellowship training in psychiatry consultation services at Boston Children’s Hospital. Board certified in clinical child and adolescent psychology, her work focuses on helping children and families manage the psychological and behavioral aspects of chronic medical conditions through multidisciplinary, family-centered care.
