Dr. Lillian W Ngaw, MD

I have good experiences with Dr. Ngaw. She is very nice and thorough. The African American receptionist is also efficient & good. I don’t have any complaints like other people. She is professional and never was rude to me.

Dr. Ngaw is very thorough , she has always sent me the best referral Dr.'s. Who has given me the best care. I love her she has treated me for about 12 years. The Black receptionist is very shrewd, rude. she has went as far as telling my pharmacy, that I need to find someone else to write my scrips. She has held back orders Dr. Ngaw said she was given until I asked for them I have been through some things with her. Talk to Dr. Ngaw once about it and she said Janice is not like that so I never said anything else. I really like the way Dr. treat me.

I have been with Dr. Ngaw for Years!! I find her very understanding and knowledgeable!! She is always ready to solve my health issues!!

The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever met at a Dr's office. Dr. dismisses concerns and rarely proceeds with further testing to rule things out. I have had to go to urgent care to get directives for the Ngaw to follow up.

Have been laughed at when asking questions that have been medically private and hard to ask. Does not follow up on phone calls when they are very urgent.
