The office staff all have attitudes and act as if you're a burden to them. I will not be returning due to the office staff which stinks because I loved Ruth's knowledge and thoroughness but the complete disrespect from the office staff and disgust in their voice when speaking to you is unacceptable. I was passed back and forth between Jane and Susan with Jane huffing and puffing if I asked a question because I don't understand insurance terms. Susan acts as if your a inconvenience to her life. I ignored it for the sake of seeing Ruth but I've now noticed that both are just miserable human beings and it's not worth my stress levels to continue going somewhere I'm an apparent issue for being seen for my health.

Being in the healthcare field I know what should be billed to insurances and what is excessive. This is one of those places that cares more about money than patient care. They will squeeze every unnecessary dollar out of you. When it comes to patient care, you get passed around from one receptionist to another, calls get dropped, they never return phone calls. I would avoid this place at all cost. Find a doctor that cares.

I have been a patient of Dr. Delo for over 15 years. I have never met a more caring and capable person. Not only does she ask about problem that you came to see her for but how you are feeling overall. In this day of people living alone and not having family close by it is important to know their overall wellbeing. She is also so knowledgeable in many phases of medicine. Her staff is also kind to me and I have taken notice of how kind and caring they are to her patients. Having someone in my family in the medical field, I know how important ,not only knowledge, but a genuine caring person to take care of our needs, especially as we become older. Thank You Dr. Delo for all the years of kindness and caring for me.
