Dr. Linda Tsu-Rin Wang, MD

I've been going to Dr. Wang for a couple of years. I find her friendly and caring. I also like not having to wait long too see her after arriving for an appointment.

We have been seeing this Doctor for 2 years but I will not miss another visit. We will change to another doctor. Every time we arrive their reception staff is totally rude, they do not greet and they have very bad customer service. Every time we visit your office, they never send prescriptions correctly to the pharmacy, I always have to call back at least 2 to 3 times to send the medication, send it wrong, or the wrong dose, etc. The last bad experience I had was today, call again for a prescription sent incorrectly to the pharmacy, and Alejandra your receptionist treated me in the worst way, I'm saying what her name was and if I wanted to, I could talk to the doctor and Tell him what I would like. I am a manager in an office and I would never allow anyone to treat patients in this way, much more if it is an error in the office. The long wait, the views of the doctor of just 5 minutes and the rude staff she has, meet all the conditions so that she never recommends this office with… her family. We will change doctor that is safe, I regret that a doctor does not care what happens in your office.

I saw Dr Wang today and i really like her! She spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. Her staff was very warm and welcoming. I am very happy that I will be getting the care i need with Dr Linda Wang.

I have seen Dr. Wang for a number of years and have been happy with her. She ran a test that showed what the problem was. The other Doctor's didn't even think of it. I know feel so much better after getting treatment.

I switched from a different MD to this one based on a recommendation from a coworker. Needless to say what works for some, does not work for all. I have been across the country and have seen quite a few diabetes specialists. I have had diabetes for nearly 30 years now, and can honestly say I have not been truly offended until this recent visit. Her bedside manor is as it has been stated before, needs work. Not everyone is perfect, but when a patient is asking for help, and if you can't do that, at least honesty and understanding, I think that should be given considering that is free. It doesn't take much to pit oneself in another man's shoes and try to see it from where they tell you they are. At that point you should try to work with them, and think outside of the box instead of only what you want the patient to do. Not always are they in a position to do what you are asking. I would much rather work with someone that doesn't have the means knowing when they do have it, we can… accomplish much, rather than take a situation and make it worse for the patient, now making them feel worse than when they came in to see you to begin with.

I did not find Dr. Wang very personable. She seems to spend a great deal of time looking at my patient chart and tapping on her computer in the examining room. This happens every appointment. She doesn't seem to look up at me acknowledging that she's finished Other Dr.'s I attend seem to study my chart ahead of time before entering the examining room, then discussing my results with me face to face. When Dr. Wang finally does acknowlege she is ready to recieve my questions. She answers them by a simple yes or no, mostly with little elaboration. Sometimes, I leave the office feeling that not all my questions were answered completely. I'm looking for a new Endocrinologist.

The doctor seems marginal, which is better than her staff.

Dr. Wang has been my doctor for about two years now. I am most impressed by how much time she spends with me, explaining results and options to me, and by just how much she knows. She also spends considerable time looking at my lab results between visits--most doctors I've had seem to just take a cursory look at what they consider the most important numbers. I feel confident that she's not going to miss anything, and I trust her completely. Plus, as a male over age 40, I appreciate that she has small fingers. Dr. Wang is a nice person, too. She's great!
