Dr. Lindsay Diane Hinson, MD

I’m new to the area and have no clue of is a good obgyn here. I thought Dr. Hinson would be a good option. I would have been a new obstetric patient if it wasn’t for the office staff (I make a generalization as I spoke to at least 3 different people and they were all anything but welcoming or helpful). I called the first time on a Monday to make an appointment, I was caller 20, so I left a message as they said they’d get back to me. Next day I wait for their call, and nothing. On Wednesday I call again around 3:45 and they tell me they’re about to close and the system is off and can’t get me an appointment, but that they would call the next day, she did have time though to tell me I should bring $300 up front to my first visit. Despite being covered by insurance. I’ve never encountered this in any kind of practice before. Next day comes and I get no call from them. Today, Friday, I call again. I finally get a date for an appointment, but after all the trouble they couldn’t pencil me… in, as I didn’t have my insurance ID handy at the moment. At this point the reg flags for a practice that would be taking care of my obstetrical needs are way too many. I made an appointment with another group and none of those problems arose. I’m writing this, hoping that the office manager or any of the physicians there takes notice of what goes on in the front desk. They’re driving patients away from your practice and if I was you, I wouldn’t be too happy about it. I’m in the medical field. Last thing I’d like to hear about my practice is something of the sort. Hope you pay attention and correct for future patients.

After seeing Dr Deborah Trehy for many years, she retired and I had to search for a new Dr. I found Dr. Lindsey Knipple to be just as great! I recommend her to anyone searching for a caring and listening Dr. she is truly a great Dr.

My wife and I just finished our 10 month child bearing and birthing experience. Women's Care Florida was our provider and we saw several different doctors in the Fletcher office. It's designed that way so the patients can meet the different doctors and get a feel for them, all were good. Our last few appointments, we got Dr Hinson and she was AMAZING! We also got lucky and she was on call when my wife delivered earlier this week. We felt so blessed she was the one who delivered our little angel. She was the right parts of informative, caring, kind, patient, and genuinely cared. Thank you Dr Hinson!

For such an established practice with such reputable doctors, the fact that she is a member is absolutely astonishing to me! She gives this practice a bad name. She is young and clearly inexperienced, and a very "text-book" doctor...which the true practice is medicine is not. Because our views different from hers, she lost her cool, became emotional and was extremely unprofessional. Her patient should have come first, however she failed to provide the support and care she should have provided. I truly feel sorry for all her future patients that she bullies into decisions they would not have made otherwise.

After being with Pam Padilla for twenty years I was so happy to find this doctor to take over my care. She is very kind, takes time and I feel lucky to be in her care.
