Dr. Lindsay Lauren Kroener, MD

I recently had an egg retrieval procedure with Dr. Kroener and I could not be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I met her, she was diligent in explaining the procedure and answering any questions I had. She was very knowledgeable about fertility treatments and made me feel confident in her abilities. On the day of the procedure, she was a calming presence and did an excellent job of comforting me and putting me at ease. My results were excellent and recovery was great! Overall, I highly recommend her for anyone seeking fertility treatment. She is a skilled and compassionate doctor who truly cares about getting the best results for her patients.

Terrible doctor and service. First, UCLA Health got my initial appointment mixed up and put me as a returning patient instead of a new patient. They called me the day before my appointment to cancel it which made me wait another 1.5 months to see the doctor. Then, the day before my appointment Lindsay cancelled me and wanted to have a virtual appointment because she didn’t want to go into the office. For my 30 minute virtual appointment, I got no useful information from the doctor and was charged $900. She ordered labs for me, and the follow up appointment costed me another $800. I should have stayed with my previous GYN and consulted the internet for my PCOS.
