Dr. Lindsay Elaine Phillips, MD

I called Dr. L Phillips office twice in an attempt to request managing a serious health condition and was laughed at by her office staff, supposedly directed by Phillips to do so. I did not receive assistance that resulted in broken bones. A profoundly disturbing experience.

I called Dr. Phillips practice x2 requested assistance managing my health condition and was rudely refused assistance by office staff, they treated a patients request for help as a joke and laughed. As a direct result I did not receive care and was physically injured, broken bones. I will not recommend now or in the future phillips or her practice. She is unprofessional and a liability to patients.

I requested to speak to Dr. Phillips as a patient requesting help preparing for jury duty, I needed to be able to manage a serious health condition while fulfilling my civic duty. Her staff "laughed" at my request for help planning x2 calls. They were reported to URMC patient relations and were found negligent and inappropriate. This happened under Dr. direct order. As a result I suffered a serious injury, broken bones and had to fire Phillips. She is unsafe and unprofessional and is a risk to patients under her care.

Dr. L. Phillips prescribed meds but did not tell me. I found out when I went to the pharmacy to pick up a refill for another med.

Dr. Phillips admitted to me in person that she did not properly document the lack of improvement of my chronic health condition that resulted directly to my insurance company canceling my LTD insurance. It took more than 6 months to restore. Resulting in prolonged financial hardships until corrected. No excuse. Unprofessional

This doctor spends quality time with me. She is excellent diagnostician.

I cant say enough about Dr. P. I feel as if she is my partner in my health care. I recently switched my teenager daughters to her from their pediatrician and couldnt get over how much they liked her!
