Dr. Lisa Ann Burns Serrano, MD

I came to this office spring of 2018. I am a dental hygienist and I have herniated disks in my neck from looking down at work for over a decade. She asked why I take muscle relaxers and I explained for my neck and that my specialist says it is from my job. She actually argued with me that it wasn't from my job when I have a specialist who says otherwise. I don't know why she needed to argue that as I am still working and not in need of workman's comp. I found her bedside manner to be brisk and abrupt. Not the friendliest, but ok. Her front desk staff is flat out rude. I called in to make a payment and their attitude is terrible, not to mention, they discuss patient names and information at the front desk. I heard the name of a patient and their condition which is a HIPAA violation. There are just so many things wrong here...I never went back.

Very rude. Didn’t care to listen or help what so ever. Just brushed off what I said and sent me on my way.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lisa for 20yrs or more. Dr. Lisa is always there with a kind word a helping hand, understanding, and good advise, and always excellent medical care. I would not go anywhere else. Dr. Lisa is personable, with a great bed side manor. What I appreciate most about Dr. Lisa is she is not a run-away doctor, she will stay and talk with you until you are finished explaining what you need to say. Hope Dr. Lisa Serrano stays with us a long time to come. Office staff has always been wonderful as well.

Dr Serrano provides alternatives to treat medical conditions. Following her medical advice has greatly improved my health.

Dr. Lisa Serrano is not interested in her patients health whatsoever. She wants to push pills at the problem and send people on their way with the money in her pocket.

After 4 appointments at this practice, I observed and experienced consistent behaviors and practices that drove me elsewhere. The overall style was rude, disregarding patient engagement, and oddly treating some female patients in particular with outward rudeness. I observed an office culture with much tension and disregard for patients. It was a revolving door for pharma reps. This is a shared office environment with her husband.

I've been seeing Dr. Lisa for more than 10 years. She has shown concern for my ongoing care and has offered practical advice as well as good medical care.

Been a patient with Lisa for years and I love her she has always tried to help me when I am in need and swiftly..I moved away and was thinking of finding someone closer but I realized having a doctor you have been with along time and you have a bond with is priceless....Her and her husband are awesome people I would recommend either one of them to anyone....

Dr. Lisa just doesn't seem to care about the well being of her patients. Visited many times and she just gets you in an out with barely giving you any information or relief. I have a condition that needs follow up.. I asked her if I needed to schedule a follow up appointment , she tells me she will call me to schedule one two months later never hear from her so I call in to make one and she has so little avaliability only working hours like 9 am - 12 pm its impossible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Outrageously attacked me when I reluctantly responded to her questioning about my faith.
