I was very pleased about the care that I received from Dr. Lisa. I attended the West High Cancer clinic. The Dr. that checked me said that I should have a biopsy done on the spot on my neck within two weeks. My husband, Rod Westerfeld, had Dr. Lisa so I called the office and was able to get in to see her. She took the biopsy within a week. The result showed malignant melamona. She then did the surgery. Through out that process she took time to explain what she was doing and asked if I had any questions. Her staff answered calls that I made to the office too. The entire process went smoothly.
