Dr. Lisa Estelle was exactly what I needed when overcoming relationship issues with family, friends, and significant others. She is excellent at listening and providing perspective and feedback but also tailoring her techniques to what you need the most. Her care for my wellbeing and growth was impressive and something I had not experienced with a therapist before. I felt immediately comfortable with her and felt that I grew a lot in my time with her. Her keen insight and the resources she suggested for me were exactly what I needed. I attribute my growth and success since therapy to our sessions. I never felt judged and she is calm and peaceful and her practices. She knew how to navigate difficult conversations and uplift me when I needed it the most. I feel lucky to have had her a part of my journey.
