From the moment we walked into the office until we walked out, this was very impressive to me and will remain as a very positive experience for Dr Galati and the staff at Albany Medical Center. Wait time was minimal and the medical staff including interns were able to ask the right questions and the consultation and diagnosis were explained in detail. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs a specialist in this field.

Takes weeks to get an appointment. Then left in exam room without being seen for an hour. Never received an apology from her. Incompetent staff took months to send refund of co-pay. There are ENTs in Albany who will see you the same day. Why go to this doctor, who doesn't care about you?

I was refered to dr. Galati, for tongue cancer, and Was very impressed with her possitive aproach, Instead of waiting for weeks for the surgery I was given an appoitment for surgery in a matter of days, leaving little time to think. She left saying she would fix me up. I truely recomend Dr. Galati seeking a surgen. Im on the road to recovery, thanks doc.

I was cautious about staying in the local area for a large goiter / thyroid surgery. My thyroid was growing under my collar bone and required the skills of a good head and neck surgeon. Dr. Galati was fantastic. She managed to remove a 17cm thyroid gland and leave less than a 2" scar. Amazing. I was in and out of the hospital in a day and she did a wonderful job. My sister had a parotid gland removed by Dr. Galati and again ... a great experience. A compassionate doctor with a pleasant and straightforward bedside manner. She rocks!
