First off, finding this clinic was very difficult as google maps does not map it right!! Ended up technically missing my appointment by 30min because Google took me to 2 different building before I finally called the clinic to tell me where it was- it is in the South Southdale Medical Center!!! On the phone a scheduler even told me to not bother coming since I missed the appointment but I still went and Lisa made the time to still see my husband and I and do exams on us with minimal wait time. I was so grateful for this as we drove over an hour to get there! She was kind, thorough, and explained everything to us fully. So glad I set up the appointment to see Dr Posey.

Dr. Posey made time to see me on a semi-urgent basis. She did a complete ENT exam on me for a lingering serous otitis. She recommended a myringotomy which she did in the office. I’m now symptom free thanks to her!
