Although there is usually a wait at the office, due to his patient load. Dr. Vo will take just about anything on a short notice. I called and was scheduled an appt 45min later. Although quick he was thorough with me and took time to explain what I needed to do. Didn't care for the assisstant nurse or LPN that much(she wasn't friendly), but the office staff is nice and respectful always to me.

Each time I go to that clinic, there is along waiting period regardless if you have an appt. Expect to wait AT LEAST an hour. On my last visit, Dr. Vo was in and out of the examining room in less than 2 minutes. I was still trying to explain what I was there for when he started writing prescriptions for meds I didn't want and had nothing to do with my chief complaint. What is the problem? When i commented to his nurse that I was not done, he came back in for 30 seconds and still didn't listen to what I was saying. He just dismissed me and left again. I will NEVER go back there again. Those people are rude and just running the patients through there like cattle. For what they charge, they should spend at least 5 minutes with a patient...Outrageous!
