This was the worst experience ever. She checked my childs reflexes with CAR KEYS!!!!! She dropped her on the exam table to "check her startle reflex"! I would not EVER recommend her.

she was friendly but horrible at diagnosing. would send me home with my child and say its just a cold and we would end up in er because it was rsv and pnemonia. refused to give my child nebulizer for asthma. it took multiple visits at er and er dr to prescribe one. several times i brouht my kids sick to her and she would say a virus or cold and have me bring them in two or three times that week and give them no medicine or jus give cough med. we ended up in er after many visits to her once the er diagnosed my child with double ear infect. and croup.(the day before my son saw her she said just a cold) i took my other son (infant at the time) to her 3 times in 1 week. she just kept saying just a cold.that friday he ended up in the er with rsv and phnemonia (after i gave up on her and went to er). my youngest son had over 20 ear infections within first year and she did nothing. i would ask to see specialist she would say let's just montior it. after changing doctor my new dr sent hime to… ent and he immediately got tubes and no more ear infections.

Dr. Brown has always been professional, knowledgable, and caring. Yes the wait is long and it came seem like you are there forever. But takes her times with each and very child. She does not rush a visit to get to the next appointment. Some visits take 10 minutes and others are much longer. It depends on the need of the child. I will always recommend her to other parents. She saved my child's life after otheer doctors missed diagnosed the illness. Without her knowledge and care my child would have died. So to me she's a blessing.

The wait is usually well over an hr. You have to repeat ALL of you medical history EVERY TIME you go. She spends more time on the computer than actually dealing with your child. Perhaps she needs to get another dr in to help her.

Dr Brown admitted,attended, followed and cared for my child on discharge after a bout with a fever. She is excellent! I recommend her to everyone with children.
