Dr. Lori J. Lucas, MD

I called after hours to ask for advice for many ailments. It was only 6pm and she rudely commented she had me before and at this hour what do I need of her. I apologized and explained situation and in pain and no clue which Dr or avenue to proceed. She was very short and rude replying after I apologized to her many times for bothering her! Have some compassion for your patients! Who knows what is in your future!!!

Dr. Lucas seems like she hates her job. She's very curt, not friendly at all and when you ask a question she seems to talk down to you. I'll find another doctor.

the front desk was too busy talking on their personal phones to assist me. dr. lucas was very dismissive of my concerns. had gone to that office for years...never seen her before...but i wont be going back...really sad!!!

Not much bedside manner. Not good at explaining things. Kinda like she didn't really care about the patient, just a job to her. Never told me I had a report and pictures of my colonoscopy in my discharge papers, found them by accident when sorting through papers the next day!! Could have never found them, they were in the back of the discharge sheet. You1d think she would have showed them to me when she was explaining my procedure results or told me I was getting them... like I'd know what they meant when I saw them??? I had another doctor call her to discuss the finding and she was evasive to him, a flippant attitude towards another doctor.

Had an 11:15 appointment. After waiting one hour and 55 minutes I left. I will never return. Have already gotten another doctor.

Rude Rude and even more RUDE... She comes in to see patients about 1 hr and 30 min after you've been there's. When she finally comes in she asks "Have you been here before" ?? Duh I've inly been your patient for 5 years. She spends about 10min before she's out of there and on to the next. If you have any procedures scheduled with her don't expect to get your results for about 6 months. And waiting on a call back from her staff.... FORGET ABOUT IT. Stay far away from this Dr. And this office if you can help it.

Terrible standard of care. No one calls you back and even though I've paid for an endoscopy, I have not received the biopsy results after 2 1/2 weeks of still being in pain I get a letter in the mail advising that I am no longer under dr. Lucas's care and that I should find another dr. Worst experience ever. Stay far away- these people do not care about your well being.

dr. lucas was the rudest doctor i have ever spoken with on the phone. she was arrogant, rude & condescending and made me very uncomfortable and upset. i hope i never have to deal with her again!

She pushed radiation more than I liked and didn't feel like she listened to me or respected my non-appreciation for radiation screenings.

Patient trying to manage post-op pain was told Dr. Lucas wouldn't be available that day or the next (during the week). Consulted surgeon and was prescribed suitable medication. Dr. Lucas very upset. Not sure if she expected us to go to the emergency room or what. Would have expected that in a practice the size of hers, one of her colleagues could be consulted rather than being told to wait. BTW, specifically requested a non-narcotic form of pain meds, so it wasn't about drug shopping, it was about relief.
