Dr Wynstock has been my internist for over 10 years. She has always been, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor.

Medicine has changed. One reason we all should insist on the public option.This doctor has moved to new offices on Congress St. So the magazine subscriptions have not caught up. However there is a lending library, which I did not get to browse because my wait was so short! New surroundings take time to sort out.Followup? This doctor called me on a Sunday to give me my test results because she thought I would be home! A Sunday! All the results were fine, so this was not an emergency, just her way of keeping in touch and up to date.Some patients just will not listen, they want what they want. These are difficult for any staff to deal with.

This doctor has now gone to concierge service. I went to the office and noticed that the staff is ruder than before, despite a drastic reduction in patient load. It's frustrating that they are also multi-tasking with ear sets while feigning concern for in-person patient requests. One was so rude to an elderly lady asking about making an appointment that I even spoke up.Spookier still is the replacement of all magazines with just one, called WebMD.

Extremely good bedside manner. Very good Scientist. Not very good follow-up. Doctor or staff is slow to report results of lab work or does't report at all...unless you call and ask.
