Dr. Lorna Blanco, MD

Excellent care was given to me on my first appointment and all appointments there after. Staff is very friendly and very professional. I receive a call from the office within 2-3 days after test results. Dr. Blanco and her staff treat patients with much better care and respect then any medical facility I have been to in 30 years. I am glad she is my doctor.

doctor is caring, but too busy. seldom ever available for an appointment. can wait as much as 2 weeks. appointment desk is rude or not well-mannered. When one calls, they try to get you to go to urgent care. one doctor "quit only giving a 2 week notice", so the woman from the appoitment desk claims. she also stated that is why her patients, who is one of my sister-in-laws didn't receive a letter that her daughter no longer had a doctor. the medical insurance groups had no idea either. also had a high fever and virus and dr. was not available. i was expected to wait the next afternoon just to get confirmation as to whether the doctor would allow me to see one of the other drs. in her offfice. however, i have had 4 occassions when she was no longer available and i was given another dr. for each appt. I guess it's only okay when she says its okay. ridiculous

While I find her an outstanding doctor, when a problem occurred with the office staff, she chose to only take what the staff told her as opposed to checking with the patient to find out the situation from the patient's perspective. From the patient's perspective, the staff provider her with incorrect information.

Dr. Blanco was my internist for years when I was on a PPO health care program. When I switched to an HMO I thought I would lose her, but found out she was part of that program and is now my primay care physician. She is very thorough, refers me to specilaists I need and is vigilant about my staying in good health. She is a compasionate doctor and is concerned about your whole state if well being, not just your symptoms. I feel very secure having her as my primary care physician.

Doctor Blanco is a great doctor. I've been a patient of hers for a few years now and everyone I have recommended to her share the absolute same high opinion of Dr Blanco. She is compassionate, efficient, and she takes her time with you and is very thorough.

I absolutely love Dr. Blanco. I would recommend her to everyone I know. She is efficient, knowledgeable, caring. Truly handles her business in a timely manner.
