Very pleased with Dr., staff and waiting time.

I am having my tattoo removed by Dr O'Young. I shopped around and appreciated the amount of time she took to explain everything to me. She does like to talk! Anyway, 15 minutes of consultation, 10 minutes of paperwork, 30 minutes for the anesthesia to take effect and 10 minutes in the laser room.

I saw Dr. O'Young years ago for regular well woman check ups. I ended up having recurring back pain and abdominal pain for which I made multiple appointments to see her. Over the span of 2 months, I saw her 3 times. Each time she insisted that an STD was causing my pain and would not consider any other diagnostic tests besides an STD test. (At one point even said that I couldn't trust that my husband didn't bring home an STD to me!) The final time I saw her, I was in intense pain and had VERY heavy bleeding (that had lasted for well over 2 weeks!). Once again she insisted that I needed an STD test. (All of which were ALWAYS negative, I might add). I ended up in the ER that night because I was bleeding so heavy and was vomiting from the pain. At that point I was told that I had an ovarian cyst rupture. I ended up finding a new gynecologist, and I was diagnosed with endometriosis, for which I have had multiple surgeries to remove it. I felt that Dr O Young was flat out neglectful, and… she was very rude and disrespectful with her remarks. I feel like because I was so young that she assumed that I had an STD rather than investigating my symptoms. I also feel that my pain was completely ignored. Here's a hint Dr. O'Young - If your patient is vomiting because of intense pain - it is not in her head!

I have only seen Dr. O'Young for laser treatments so I can only speak of that. Dr. O'Young is very thorough and prompt. She has even called me after several of my treatments to see how my tattoo was reacting to the laser. She always asks me to text her a picture of the removal site after a treatment has been done which I thought was nice. She is always upbeat and willing to answer my questions. I would recommend Dr. O'Young to anyone wanting laser work done. The office staff is also very friendly. Dr. O'Young takes my phone calls if I need to talk to her. I have never had a doctor who would talk to me on the phone personally without a 72 hour wait for a call back. That right there is worth the extra drive it takes me to get to her office.

I was referred to Dr. O'Young by a friend who was happy with her services as well. She is very nice and knowledgable. Her staff is always caring and pleasant to deal with. I'm very happy seeing Dr. Oyoung and receommend her to anyone.

The Office Policy that this doctor has put in place is not considerate of her patients at all. I will never go back and do not recommend this doctor to anyone. There are other doctors in the area that is much better to deal with. **She only accepts cash. What doctor only accepts cash in this day and age? She will not invest in an debit card machine or accept checks. When she was located at Memorial, her staff made you walk to the other end of building to the ATM. **She will only address one issue at a time making you come back numerous times in order to collect additional copays. what a racket. **She will not allow you to use the restroom if there are other patients in the back. This is ridiculous...who does that?** She is very judgemental and has a frown on her face when speaking to you.** Her staff consist of 1 wierd, country speaking lady and the other appears to be afraid to speak up and when asked to speak to the doctor they refuse.** when being examined, she sticks her finger in… you butt without any pre-warning...who does that?** I can go on and on but will stop here- I think you get the message. **

Dr O'Young is a very caring, friendly, and thorough Doctor! She calls her patients personally about test results. I have had nothing but positive experiences with her. A+++

rushed, does not take time, flippant remarks, strange beside manner for a gynocologist,very defensive attitude, very strange comments made. have been going there for quite a while, for routine exams. she was not able to diagnose a very basic problem. which sent off alarm bells with me.staff is very nice, but something is not adding up in her office for me..........

Dr. O'young butchered me. Her negligence caused multiple problems after the birth of my first child. The scar tissue alone still causes problems 12 years later. Avoid at all costs!
