I thank he was very nice and he seem to care about his patients.

Dr. Williams Is truly about his patients. Bedside manner is awesome. Always a smile and hand shake as he greets you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for a few years but recently was told he is no longer with Nortons and they won't tell me where he's moved. I feel like he gave me my life back after suffering from chronic pain and fatigue for so long. Now I'm forced to find someone else to treat me and so far the options are pretty poor. If anyone knows where he is practicing now, please post! I'm old and he is literally the only doctor I've had that listens and tries different options to help. And he has helped. UGH! Where are you Dr. Williams???

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for over 3 years and he has always been attentive to my level of pain. I receive trigger shots to relieve the pain of fibromyalgia which allows me to continue to work at age 79. He is the kindest doctor I have ever had. His office is busy, but I don't mind the wait, when I know I will receive his full attention to my condition during my visit.

I have Fibromyalgia and when I came to Dr William's my oain level was through the roof. For me that's saying something cause I feel my tolerance to pain is at a higher level than most people, not bragging, just saying. He didn't rush the appointment, took time to listen to me, asked me questions. Examined the areas of pain I had, I think I had 17 of the 18 areas of fibro points of pain, but my fatigue factor was through the roof as well. When I was crying n falling apart cause I finally felt someone was listening to me, he remained calm, handed me tissues n waited for me to regain myself n said, here's what I'd like to to start with. ... He took the time to hear me out instead of throwing a script at me n shoving me out the door. Im forever grateful for his kindness and the way he handles my care.

Dr Williams has really helped me since my back surgery. He is always professional and caring. I highly recommend him.

Wait time 3 hrs

It was always 1-2 hrs. past my appointment time before I would be seen, and the last time it was 3 hrs. I found the receptionists in both offices to be very pleasant and apologetic about the long waits, but the nursing staff neither acknowledged or apologized about them. I never knew if Dr. Williams was going to be in a pleasant mood or not, or if he was going to listen to me or cut me off. It took almost 3 months before I could be seen between my last two appointments. I desperately tried to get in sooner because I had surgery scheduled, and I wanted to see him beforehand so he could handle my pain medication. That didn't happen. I ended up getting pain medication from my orthopedist. During my last visit, I let Dr. Williams know how I felt about the unacceptable wait times in both of his offices. I was already in a great deal of pain because I was only a few days out from surgery and I hadn't brought pain medication with me, and I had missed lunch. Dr. Williams implied… that I was doctor hopping, he didn't appreciate hearing my feelings of annoyance and frustration about the long waits, and he told me I could get another doctor. A few weeks later I received a letter letting me know I was terminated from his practice. My lawyer had sent him a letter in mid-October to get his opinion about my condition for a LTD claim. Dr. Williams invoiced my lawyer and was paid for that service. It is now February, but he still hasn't responded to this request. I asked for a copy of my medical records so I would have a copy to take to a new doctor, my lawyer, and one for me. I've never received my records nor a response to my request.

This man was rude and condescending to me about my pain and my condition, could not even bother to look at my chart or records before consulting with me, and then offering me a judgmental, biased and inappropriate recommendation to find another Dr. without any notice. I was very courteous and confiding to him regarding my pain level and the surgeries I had , he just did not even bother to read my case before passing his pompous, disrespectful opinion and unjustified judgments on me. I have had nothing but the very best of care from Norton's Healthcare providers until now. They have certainly lowered the bar on patient care by allowing Dr. Louie Williams to treat patients in this rude and unprofessional manner. Norton's - Please take note of this Dr.

Best Fibro Doctor I have ever had.....Highly recommend him. He is busy because he is so good but he is worth the wait time for your appts.
