Dr. Lourdes Roxana Lago, MD

She’s an amazing doctor, I’ve been going to her for chronic migraines for a year and I picked my insurance based on her being in the network. She helped me even when my insurance made me jump through hoops to get medication coverage, she made me see the light at the end of the tunnel!!! AMAZING! I can’t say it brought. Sometimes I have to wait over 2 hours to see her, but it’s worth it.

LOURDES LAGO IS A HORRIBLE DR AND HORRIBLE PERSON! HAS NO COMPASSION FOR HER PATIENTS I DONT KNOW HOW HER CLINIC IS STILL OPEN AND THE FRONT DESK IS EVEN WORSE THE LADY WAS RUDE ON THE PHONE AND DID NOT WANT TO HELP AND EVEN LAUGHED THROUGH THE PHONE WHEN I HAD CONCERNS. I HOPE THIS PLACE CLOSES DOWN THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE OPEN IF I CAN DO 0 STARS I WOULD

Has no compassion for what she does. Barely talks to you about your condition. Doesn’t give full responses. Was on the phone talking about another patient while I was there for a period of time. Yells to her nurses to come in, instead of walking to the door and calling them. I can’t stand her attitude. Don’t come here if you want help with your medical needs.

Horrible experience! I waited for 2 1/2 hours and I left. The facility is dirty. Bathroom was out of service and no other bathroom in the hallway. Tv was also not working. Front desk was nice but also looked embarrassed about everything.

She’s an execellent doctor

Excellent attention to detail., well rounded in her execution of care. Wonderful staff.

Excellent neurologist, very knowledgeable, dedicate time with her patients, very kind and sweet.
