Dr. Lu Jiao, MD

I have tried to make a first appointment with Dr. Lu and have been directed to urgent care. That is inappropriate. It will cost me $90 and will not initiate any kind of dr/patient relationship. I don't understand why she is doing this, as I see it is a complaint of someone else as well.

I was fortunate enough to be referred to Dr Jiao by a friend. I have never experienced a Dr with the patience and thoroughness of Dr Jiao. Her kind and friendly attitude relaxed me and every minute felt well spent. Dr Jiao took over an hour on my first visit getting to know me and my situation. She assumed nothing, ordered lab results, and clearly explained her reasons for everything she was ordering and thinking. Her staff were equally warm and welcoming, and her office was clean, efficient and relaxing.

Dr. Jiao has been my primary care physician for more than 15 years and I've been highly satisfied with the service she has provided. I always take a list of questions to every appointment and she takes plenty of time to address every issue. Staff is caring and efficient, facilities are clean, follow-up excellent. I recently switched insurance to an ACA plan and the billing department was helpful in confirming which insurance plans they accept. Very happy with Dr. Jiao and this practice.

Dr Jiao makes you feel that you are the only patient she has. She listens to all of your concerns and answers every one of them. She rejoices in good blood work and makes you feel very important. She makes you feel she CARES.

Always spends a good amount of time with me. Asks and answers questions with patience and caring. Very good doctor.
