Dr. Ludmila B Feldman, MD

She prescribed medication for my TD and it caused me to have a mental breakdown with severe depression and suicidal thoughts. Both myself and my Psychiatrist tried to contact her for over a week. We left urgent messages with details but she nor anyone from this practice called back. They seem to avoid you at all costs when there is a situation but we're happy to obliged when I called to cancel my appointment. Horrible doctor and practice. Office is dingy and old. Wait time is horrible. Doctor is cold and uncaring. They just push medication and take your money.

went to Alpha for the first time i found the staff to be very friendly checked me right in gave me my paper work to fill out had a 11am appoint with Dr .Feldman called me in at 11am sharp. met with the DR she was very nice mad me feel very comfortable she sat down with me for about 10 min" gave me in exam answered all my question's i was in and out in a little over 1hr,i was very pleased with the way i was treated, wish more DR"s office vests were this good

Worst office staff I've every had the displeasure to endure! They call to confirm Appointments then when I arrive (ON TIME) the office is closed! They change my appointment 2 days before and neglect to say it will be "VIRTUAL" I get to office at exact time, they let me sit for 10 minutes only to first tell me office is closed and I missed my VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT AT HOME PHONE?? NO ONE EVER SAID THE WORD VIRTUAL TILL IT WAS TO LATE! BY THE WAY DR> FELDMAN LEFT A MESSAGE ON MY MACHINE 40 mins later that I had an appointment?? Dr. Feldman sent me for Blood test, Brain MRI, but never ever contacted me with the results 1 yr...no appointment no call except to cahnge a six month old appointment! NEVER SAID THE WORD VIRTUAL! JUST CALL TO MAKE A $ APPOINTMENT IN THE LAST YEAR...NONE WERE KEPT BY DR. FELDMAN??

I was recommended by my primary to go to this office as i suffer from a very bad sleep disorder. I went and did all her tests she asked for but then was yelled at like a child that i didnt complete the sleep study. Problem is her office failed to get my authorization from my insurance company it is now almost 3 months and i am still waiting. Nice how they care about there patients.

Very rude and doesn't care about her patients. She was actually quite nasty to her staff as well. Avoid her at all costs.

Dr. Feldman has been my neurologist for nine years. Yes, the office is busy. Yes, you do have to leave a message to get an appointment (it's easier then holding). Yes, you have to wait. All of that said, it's worth seeing her. She is a kind, compassionate doctor. I am happy with my treatment. Nine years.

HORRIBLE. Just horrible.
