Dr. Ludwig A. Allegra

I had a rhino/septo surgery by Dr. Allegra in 2009. He did a horrible job. 14 yrs later, the sides of my nose collapsed and i cant breathe well without using nasal strips. And my nose has grown crooked again. Wasted nearly $10k. He did not provide any structural support and i have visited a Board certified ENT facial reconstructive surgeon who does not believe this man could be a board certified facial plastic surgeon. He has to correct and rebuild my nose correctly using rib cartilage which should have been done if Allegra knew anything. I worked with Allegras wife in the scheduling and billing process and she was a snotty rude woman, i should have ran the other way! Additionally i was bleeding profusely after the surgery and he had to get me in on an emergency basis and cauterize up in my nasals sitting in his office. It was a horrible experience and this Dr. should be reviewed by the Medical board

Dr Allegra butchered my face!! He left me scarred and my eyes are no longer even!!

Dr. Allegra performed a face lift, brow lift, and a lower eye lift. The results are amazing, I feel younger and relaxed! People could even not tell a week after surgery that I had the procedure done. Dr. Allegra made me feel at ease and procedure went smoothly and easily.

In 2000, I was working for a young company and was looking tired and old. I realized a little cosmetic surgery may help with a fresh new look. I went to NW Face and met with Dr Allegra. We discussed several options. I first went with a brow lift to open up my eyes. The tired look was gone. My friends thought that because I changed my hairstyle I looked younger. Years later I went back to see Dr. Allegra. I scheduled a face-lift. I am 76 and look in my 50ies I am still working and feeling younger then my age. Such a good feeling. A couple years ago I realized I did not smell food properly. A friend recommended I see Dr. Ludwig Allegra for sinus problems. He did a CT Scan and found I had a lot of blocked sinus passages. While under sedation for sinus surgery I added a face-lift. Both went well. Recovery was easy – one week, no pain. I look younger and can smell again. Wonderful staff before, during and after surgery – top drawer. I highly recommend Dr. Allegra for both of these procedures at NW Face.

I had a breast reduction in the 80’s, and after 30 years, I was left with misshapen deflated breasts. I have wanted a better shape for years, but have never found a surgeon I felt I could trust. As an anesthesia provider for almost 15 years, I have seen it all, and I did my homework before deciding to approach Dr Allegra to perform a breast lift with implants (augmentation mastopexy). I absolutely have no words to express just how happy I am with the results, worth every penny spent. Dr Allegra is, in my opinion, extremely talented and did one of the best breast lifts on me that I’ve ever seen (and I’ve seen hundreds of them. I am not a 'reviewer' normally, but I can't speak highly enough about Dr Allegra and his office staff. Myself, husband and 2 teen daughters have all greatly benefited from Dr Allegra's expertise and superb surgery skills. All 4 of us have had different conditions he has worked with us on snoring, sleep apnea, sinus surgery - fixing broken noses from fast softballs - and not only were we healed up 100% but the follow up, office staff (Peggy is awesome!), and personal attention from Dr Allegra are the best I have ever encountered from ANY physician. Highly recommend !

Dr. Allegra did my face lift, brow lift, and nose. There aren't significant improvement and I am very unhappy. He kept saying my face looks better but the so-called improvement is not noticeable. Who wants to spend over 20K for non-significant improvement? I am very unhappy with the nose job. It's worse than before!
