Dr. Luis Rodriguez Caceres, DO

The doctor is wonderful and has a very good manner about him. As for the office staff I have never had a problem. When ever I call I give a short reason as to my call and leave my name and number twice, once at the beginning and once at the end. They are a great group and couldn't be happier.

My husband, son, daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Caceres for over 10 years. He is a great doctor, caring and gives you his undivided attention. His office is not a huge practice because he likes to treat his patients like human beings and not like cattles like most of these new doctor's offices. His staff (Aurora) is very busy and you DO have to leave a message but in all the years I've been going to his office my calls have always been returned in a promptly manner. Martha Medina

I try to get in touch with the Doctor Caceres but it is mission impossible. My husband was very sick for 3 weeks at Baptist Hospital and nobody calls regarding to his condition. The staff at that office is very bad.

Why D. Caceres don't returns calls? I try to get intouch with Dr. Caceres but he never answer and muy husband was in the Baptist Hospital 3 weeks and was impossible to get in touch with him. I leave messages at the office and nothing happens.

I was Dr. Caceres' patient about 10 yrs ago, due to my work insurance I was not able to continue with him. As soon as my insurance was changed I called his office and immediately went back to him. He is a caring person, excellent physician, the staff in his office is very professional and helpful. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants a great physician.

The Doctor is very knowledgeable, he has great manners and is very professional and polite; the person that manages the office and "attends" the customers is by contrast very rude, rarely responds the phone, and almost never returned one of my calls, and it gives me a lot of work just to have a prescription refill.

Dr. Caceres is an excellent physician. He spends time with you and has a real interest in terms of what is going on with you.

Great office staff

Aurora is The most unprofessional, disrespectful, vicious and uncaring receptionist I have EVER run into.It's unfortunate because Dr. Caceres is GREAT. He has been my Primary for many yearsWent in today with Bronchitis and 102 fever. Would not even ask me what I wanted. When I insisted after 20 minutes she says she was very busy and that if I wanted to go to Emergency somewhere else (she just shrugged her shoulders).Unfortunately after today's experience I decided to change .Drs.A real pity a great Dr like him has somebody like Aurora up front.

He really takes the time to get to know you as a person. Ive recommended him to several friends and family and no one has been dissapointed. I'm very happy with him as my physician and will definitely continue to see him!
