I was advised to see this Doctor and I did not say his last name correctly, in a very rude and demeaning manner he corrected me. I am looking else where.

Only spoke with this doctor on the phone, he was the rudest and most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. I was almost in tears I felt that he does not like to speak English. I am thankful that I realized this over the phone before I actually had an appointment with him.

I went to him as a second opinion and thankfully he finally got my hand taken care of, BUT and I really mean BUT, getting an appointment when he is only in the office one day a week is ridiculous. They rescheduled my surgery 3 times, they rescheduled my follow-up appointment as soon as I walked in door. He has no bedside manor. My finger although back in one piece is ugly and immobile. The scar is the worst I have ever seen, my finger is 10 shades darker than the rest of my hand. He is rude and called me a crybaby when he went to touch my finger 3 days after surgery. He put my cast on too tight and I had to cut it open the night of my surgery because the pain was insane. He wouldn't give me anything for the pain other than a very weak pain med so the after care was horrible.

Extremely long wait time. Over an hour for all 3 visits.Poor Poor Poor Poor Customer Service. Office help is very rude, both on phone and in person.Dr quick to operate. Before I let him I went to 2 other doctors for opinions. They both DISAGREED with him. Said operation should be LAST resort, not first. BEWARE!

Doctor may know his stuff but the office staff is incompetent, uncaring, not willing to work with you. They do not handle things in a timely manner which can cause additional expense to the patient. Office manager extremely rude! I would not recommend this doctors office to anyone.
