Dr. Luis Miguel Martinez, DO

I've been going to Dr. Luis Martinez over 10 years now. Dr. Martinez is a VERY caring doctor. He's not in practice to take your money, but to make sure you are HEALTHY. I referred MY Doctor to everyone. I have my whole family, friends and coworkers going to him. If I was able to give him 20 stars I would.

Dr. Frydman and Martinez will typically treat their patients with out compassion. Poor patients with contempt and wealthy patients with overwhelming acceptance? Never, never, never leave ANYTHING for your Doctor with the receptionist, your physician will Never get it and when you question your doctor, he will tell you that he does not care (Martinez). I have been told several times that your primary care doctors primary task is to give you your blood test results, order your medication refill and that his job is NOT to listen to any of your concerns as a patient (Martinez.). Both doctors want to to follow up with them after a hospital visit, which requires you to wait downstairs at the entrance, prior to walk-in time? When you do go up to the third floor there are 10 or so people waiting in line already, which shows that the receptionist has specific rules for specific patients according to their culture. So, you get chewed out for not seeing your primary care after the… hospital, but unless you can make it early on a Saturday morning (several hours before the walk-ins begin, you will not be seen. Than when you finally do get into the waiting room, she already has the quota of walk-ins already there, again, you get chewed out for not following up. Forget telling your primary care about it, they are not there to hear of your questions, complaints or situation?

Maybe you remember me, I was a patient of Dr. Frydman during a bad run of cancer. I referred my roommate to your office in an emergency, first name Nancy Your office is running her through the mill, nasty to her on the phone, and making so many mistakes with referrals and testing, I can't it anymore. She may have cancer and your office talks to her with disdain.What on earth are you doing to this poor woman? If you don't want to treat her correctly and like a human in need, then send her to a doctor who will. Your receptionist who answers the phone is rude and a disgrace.

Dr. Martinez is one of the post caring doctors I have been to. He is kind and knowledgable. His office is fantastic and willing to work with you on any problem. I cannot say enough good things about the doctor, his practice or his office.

I was assigned to this office when I got new insurance. The office staff is friendly. The office is clean. Dr. Martinez takes his time and answers all questions. The best thing is the short wait times.

Dr. Luis Martinez was extremely kind, knowledgeable & professional. His entire staff was friendly, helpful & courteous. Clearly, the people involved in writing earlier reviews of Dr.'s Martinez & Frydman were being malicious. I was entirely impressed with the level of care I received. I highly recommend this outstanding facility.

This doctor was very cold and un empathetic . He did not listen to my reason for being there. Gave bad advice. I needed a pain reliever I told him I tried certain over the counter pills that made my stomach really hurt bad. Tried massage, acupuncture, Chiropractor etc.He did not prescribe me anything and told me to take what made me ill. There is lots more but don't have the time. Still in lots of pain. Need a new doctor.
