Save time and pick a different doctor- I spent more time in the waiting room than I did discussing what medications I’d be putting in to my body. They didn’t even take my vitals, he came out to the waiting area and said is someone here for me? Like he didn’t even know my name...concerning. Comes off as judgmental, shoots down your thoughts on what you think would be a good treatment option for your own body and can’t even write a correct script. He put me on a new medication on Tuesday- only wrote the script for THREE doses instead of THIRTY, I called to have him fix it and he won’t even reach back out it’s now Friday evening and he never sent the correct script, so NOW after starting my body on a new medication I’ll suddenly be STOPPING it for the weekend- super healthy, super professional! The pharmacy has called him twice and I’ve called him twice. Should have been a simple typo fix. I’ll be finding a new doctor ASAP.

It breaks my heart that you and your family had to go through this. So sad to lose a child anytime, but these circumstances are terribly not acceptable. Thank you for your review as I am looking for a psychiatrist for myself. This doctor will not be mine. God Bless Your Family.

Has no interest in his patients well being. Judgemental and cocky. Doesn't take notes and is just there a couple of days to make some easy extra cash. Asks me what I want to do as if i'm offending him by saying I am not doing well. Washed up

I am my son's advocate and guardian. He is on Medicaid so it is difficult to find doctors. Dr. Ramirez doesn't have a whole lot to say. It seems like all the work is done through the nurse. I don't feel a good, comfortable connection but really don't have choices either. We've been to a lot of doctors and everyone has a different perspective-at least we are getting the treatment we need, conversation, not so much.

My son committed suicide the morning after seeing Dr. Ramirez. Obviously he did not recognize any signs of the impending actions of my son - but you would think he should have with all his years of experience. I took my son and was available to Dr. Ramirez but he did not take the time to talk with me about my son's mental state - which would not have gone against patient confidential requirements.

Very attentive, and prompt. No waiting for weeks to get a apointment like other psychiatrist.
