Hi, I have been a patient of Dr. Schaeffer in Cleveland Tx. for a long time and he has always taken good care of my medical needs. He is professional and respectful. He has a good staf.

THIS DR'S OFFICE IS A JOKE. THEY CHANGE STAFF MORE THEN ANY PLACE OF BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SEEN. MARIA IS SO SNOBBY AND RUDE IT IS RIDICULOUS. THE ONLY GOOD STAFF MEMBERS THEY HAVE ARE TYLER AND VANESSA AND THATS IF THEY'RE EVEN STILL THERE. SOMEONE NEEDS TO KNOCK MARIA OFF HER PEDASTOOL AND TELL HER "HUSBAND" SHE IS CHEATING ON HIM AND I HAVE THE PROOF.

Excellent doctor but some of his stuff is very rude

We've been seeing Dr. S for a long time. I like his bedside manner. Idk if he or his wife controls the office department but it's terrible! Always over booked & getting your refills on meds, is almost impossible! I finally got mine after 2 wks of calls, 1 visit & 2 fax request. Some of these meds have life threatening withdrawal symptoms. It was very upsetting. We're considering changing Drs hence the poor rating.

I have muscular dystrophy and am in a wheelchair, I called in to ask a prescription for a power chair, and to be able to learn car hand controls, I am not going through insurance and the prescription was for tax purposes. He is refusing saying I need to go in for an evaluation! If he was a true doctor he will know is not like my condition changed from 2 months (last I was seeing) to now! I have never had a physician denying me a prescription for equipment, it is not medicine and he does not need to see me. I had my neurologist giving me prescription without seeing me for over 8 months, as they know my condition will unlikely change in that period of time. But has been very rude about it, at this point I even question his degree...

Dr. Schaeffer is an excellent doctor who truly cares about you and your needs. He takes his time and doesn’t rush in order to listen to all of your questions or concerns. He is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. My entire family has seen him for years. The doctor and his great staff is very hard working and helpful. I highly recommend this doctor’s office to anyone and everyone.
