The best Md I've had the good fortune in selecting..Caring and professional staff..I am a nurse and I recommend her to my colleagues..

Had an appointment scheduled a month in advance, they call me to tell me they don't accept my health insurance a week before. Should have been conveyed at appointment making time but they are listed on my health insurance website. Rude and unprofessional clerk on the phone. Something else seems off that I cant quite figure out. Would not recommend to anyone.

I would like to thank Dr Lopez and her staff for always being caring with myself and my family. Dr Lopez always takes her time with every patient, even those who do not appreciate her services. As a patient who's sat in the waiting area for my services, I have heard patients complain about paying their co-payments and wanting to be seen for free, I have heard patients complain about the wait time but those are the same patients who take their time in the room with the doctor. I have witnessed patients make an appointment for a physical and add sick visits. As a patient, I appreciate this doctors office; you can't find a doctor more diligent than her. In my opinion, her staff is amazing, knowledgeable, caring. If you don't like this office, find another doctor.

The wait in this office is horrible. I am sure the Dra means well but, with all her other businesses going on at the same. She really needs to do something about the wait. She is good but, this really needs to change and have consideration over her patients.

Change your Medicare Advantage plan and you often need to find a new doctor, right? And how do you choose one? I guess I got lucky. I stopped by the office to just 'see', yes? The women there were SO warm and personable and you could see that they thought the world of the doctor they worked for, so that did it for me. And now, just having walked out of the office from my visit to go over the blood work from my physical, I feel like for sure, I made the right choice. Dr. Luis Lopez-Luciano spent all the time I needed [and I'm one of those guys who asks lots of questions]. I didn't feel rushed in the least. And the staff......it's all like a little family there, they all work together SO well......

The worst Drs office I've ever been to. 1st they charge for a visit that shouldn't have been charged instead of taking the time to call and confirm my insurance. Then for a follow up preventative visit for results I had to wait 2 hours and just decided to leave as I don't have 2 hours to wait and waste. In my life I have never experienced such slack at a Drs Office visit. I will be looking for a new Dr. HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS OFFICE. I will ensure my review gets posted on all social media platforms

you are one of the best Dr that i have seen in my 65 years of life .you take the time with everyone that visit's your office, DRs usually get you in and out and treat you like you owe them something,in other words like you are not human. you are simply the best.
